The processing of your data takes place in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter the GDPR.

Personal data contained in e-mail correspondence (contact form) are processed in order to pursue the Company’s legitimate interests – i.e. maintaining e-mail correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The following data are processed: email address, name and surname and any other data you provide to the Company in your email correspondence. The data are stored on an external mail server. Your data will not be passed on to unauthorised persons or entities.
6. Personal data contained in invoices and other accounting documents are processed by the Company in order to fulfil its legal obligations under accounting and tax regulations and to pursue the Company’s legitimate interests (possible assertion of claims) – Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the GDPR. Data are obtained from you and from publicly available registers (CEIDG, KRS). The following personal data are processed: trade name and address of the seller or purchaser, VAT number, possible details of the signatory and other data placed on invoices and other accounting documents.
7. In order to ensure that your use of the website is as comfortable as possible, small files, so-called cookies, are stored on your device when you browse the website. These cookies are used for statistical and analytical purposes, allowing the Company to modify its website according to the preferences of its users.
