Quest Food Sp. z o.o. has completed a project entitled “Carrying out research and development work at Quest Food aimed at developing an innovative formula for energy and isotonic products.”
Project Objective:
Development of an innovative formula for energy and isotonic products based on coconut water, and other natural fruit and vegetable ingredients.
Planned outcomes:
The development of a new line of energising and isotonic products based on natural coconut water, which will support proper hydration of the body, as well as more efficient delivery of energy sources, delaying fatigue processes and supporting proper recovery. Two of the products under development have a low glycaemic index, which will enable the creation of these products for people with metabolic diseases such as diabetes or obesity.
